Giving At Christmas
Giving At Christmas
This Christmas i didnt have a lot of money and i wanted to give my mom an amazing gift she will always remember and love. Then i found out she needed warm, fuzzy snowboots for her trip to Denver,Colorado. My mom could not afford a pair of her own so that is when i asked my Aunt Allie and Uncle Zach if they could chip in with me so i could get my mom a pair of pink, sparkly , and fuzzy snowboots from dillards. When i gave my mom the pink snowboots on Christmas she was so excited that she got them! She was even crying , that me feel good inside. That made me feel like the best daughter ever!
My hero
My hero
Lacey Greenwood
Heroes are important to people in many ways. They save lives and are also mentors to children and adults. Children and other adults look up to heros. My hero is my mother Lacey Greenwood because she is my role model, brave, helpful, and a hero to families.
My mom is helpful by cleaning my room and helping me with homework. Even when she has had a stressful day at work she cleans, cooks, and helped me with homework everyday I had it. My mom is brave by raising a troublemaker kid like me for eleven years. She always kept a roof over my head and food on my plate. What’s a hero without a super job? My mom is a surrogate, which means when adults can not have babies my mom or a surrogate is someone who can have the baby or babies for that couple. My mom has done this twice, for a couple named Ben and Bonnie Kate. My mom had twins for that couple and Mary and John are another couple and my mom had a little girl named hannah which is now four years old. My mom has been a hero for these couples as well as me , it takes a strong person to go through what my mom has gone through I believe my mom is a better superhero than any batman. She will always be my hero.
I consider my mom a hero because she is very important in my life and as i grow up i want to be a hero just like my mom Lacey.
